Petra Benczyová has been working for the League Against Cancer in Slovakia for more than 5 years as a PR Manager. During this time, she has also been part of the ECL Youth Ambassadors Programme. She works on issues across the cancer control spectrum in Slovakia, including cancer prevention, early detection, cancer treatment, palliative care, and cancer survivorship.
She is part of PRESCRIP-TEC for cervical cancer prevention in resource-poor or hard-to-reach settings of Bangladesh, India, Uganda and Slovakia, and serves as a member of various working groups of the Ministry of Health in Slovakia
Petra holds a degree in marketing and media.
