Vacancy: Implementation Policy Officer (Freelance)

The Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL) is looking to recruit an Implementation Policy Officer (Freelance) to support our team in upcoming EU project activities.

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Brussels (Belgium) or remote

Duration: 9 months (with possibility of an extension)

ECL is looking to hire the services of a policy officer with cancer health policy and implementation science experience to support our team in upcoming project activities.

Your role will support the work of the ECL Projects and Policy Teams in the planning, preparation, and delivery of specific project-related activities, outputs, and deliverables foreseen for 2026-2027. You will report directly to, and work closely with our Head of Projects and our Policy Officer for Cancer Prevention.

This opening is for a service-contract position for 9 months, not an employment contract with ECL. Average working time is estimated to be approximately 50%, while actual working hours will depend on project requirements and demands.
