The Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL), together with 16 other health and patient organisations, is calling on EU decision-makers to uphold legislation that supports equitable, need-driven development of therapies.
In a joint statement, we urge decision-makers to retain the original purpose of the Hospital Exemption for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and that it remains unlimited in the revised legislation.
