Zoë is a medical student at Ghent university with a passion for health promotion. She is an active member of the Belgian Medical Students’ Association (BeMSA), part of IFMSA. Through BeMSA she has worked on multiple projects on a local, national and international level about public health, medical education and human rights. She has a special interest in cancer prevention and how the European Code Against Cancer (ECAC) can help reduce the risk of cancer. Her goal as ECL Youth Ambassador is to spread more awareness about cancer prevention and promote a healthy lifestyle to the general public and cancer patients.
