TOMA MIKALAUSKAITĖ 

Toma is ECL’s Senior Policy Officer for Access to Medicines and Advocacy Coordination. She coordinates ECL’s Access to Medicines Task Force (A2M TF) and the MEPs Against Cancer (MAC) Interest Group at the European Parliament. Toma leads ECL advocacy and policy efforts ensuring that the views of ECL and its members are heard, considered, and impactful throughout the EU decision-making process.

Toma holds a BA in Political Science from Vilnius University in Lithuania and an MA in International and European Relations from Linköping University in Sweden.

Before joining ECL, Toma devised and managed advocacy activities in the field of energy and environment policy at membership-based European trade association, and worked as a Senior Communication Officer at Europe Direct – the European Commission’s information centre. Toma was also a Trainee Assistant to former MEP Algirdas Saudargas at the European Parliament.
